Product Warranty
ALO audio amplifiers and cables are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in manufacture and assembly.
New Old Stock (NOS) products are sold as-is.
Returns
ALO Audio products come with a 14-day no questions asked return policy that begins on the date of delivery.
Returned products must be received new condition with all accessories to avoid a restocking fee.
Products returned in less than new condition, missing accessories, and/or in unoriginal packaging may be assessed a 20% restocking fee or larger restocking fee depending on the circumstance or severity of the condition issues.
Unopened products will not be assessed a restocking fee.
