The ALO audio Continental was designed to bring the highest aim of tube amplification - accurate and open musical presentation - to a portable, hand-held device. This aim has been achieved by paying close attention to the basic function of the device, while keeping the operation as simple and easy as possible.
The Continental incorporates a tube voltage gain section followed by a discrete transistor current output stage to drive headphones. The Raytheon 6111 New Old Stock (NOS) tubes are rare and hard to find we will only make a limited run of these amazing portable tube amplifiers using this tube.

ALO audio offers a limted 30-day money back guarantee on most of the audio equipment and accessories we sell (excluding special order items, modified headphones, custom builds, headphone cables terminated with XLRs, custom built cables, headphone replacement pads and close-out items, none of which are returnable).
We do require an explanation for the return (defective, damaged, etc). We may also ask you some pretty detailed questions about the reason for your return. Listening to our customers and understanding their experience enables us to provide the best possible service. We retain the right to assess a restocking fee on any items that have been shipped on a case by case basis.
Please keep in mind that returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #, or RMA# which must be obtained by phone, email or by following the RMA instructions here. An RMA must be obtained within 30 days of the purchase, and ALO audio must receive the package within 15 days of issuing the RMA. With the exception of warrantied items, after 30 days all sales are final.
