Here at ALO audio our goal is to put our customer first. As a trusted seller of audio products, we stand behind the quality of the goods we manufacture and the goods we choose to offer for sale.
Our shipments are all inspected and packed with care before leaving our workshop, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take note of the following return policies:
30-Day Return:
ALO audio offers a limted 30-day money back guarantee on most of the amplifiers, cables and accessories we sell.*
To Return a product within our 30-day Return Period:
1. Request an RMA number.
To make a request, please fill out and submit this form: RMA REQUEST FORM
2. Follow the instructions on the return authorization.
Be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of your return package.
3. Send us your package.

We retain the right to assess a restocking fee on any items that have been shipped on a case by case basis.
*(Our return policy excludes special order items, modified headphones, "Reference" and "Lariat" headphone cables, IEMs, custom built cables, headphone replacement pads and close-out items. These items are not returnable).
Warranty / Repair / Defective Products:
ALO audio stands behind the quality of the goods we manufacture and the goods we choose to offer for sale.
To request service, repair or warranty work that is within the warranty period, please follow the instructions below:

4. Your product will be inspected, repaired, replaced, etc.
We will credit you your shipping costs to us when we return the product to you. International customers please send us your returns via regular mail . We will in some cases refund if you use FedEx, this is a case by case basis. We must first receive, inspect and repair/replace the product before we issue the shipping credit.
A note to our international customers:
1) If you are a international customer and purchased a powered hardware product please know that ALO audio sells products which are meant to be used in the USA on a 120VAC/60Hz circuit. Since you are not in the USA, it is your responsibility to ensure that the unit receives the proper voltage via a step up and/or step down voltage converter. Using this device on a voltage or frequency that is not 120VAC/60Hz may cause damage to the unit and greatly increases the risk of bodily harm or even fire. ALO audio cannot be responsible for damage to a unit that is not used on 120VAC/60Hz. ALO audio will also not be able to provide you with warranty service or a replacement unit. 2) Due to the extreme cost of shipping products internationally, the cost of shipping the item back to ALO audio is paid by the customer. In the case of defective products, the shipping costs will be reimbursed via return shipping 3) Customers who refuse or abandon shipments will be charged all fees that ALO audio has incurred to retrieve your package. 4) ALO audio is not responsible for any change in the value of a purchase or refund amount due to the fluctuation in currency values or additional charges (duties, customs) that may be accessed by governments.
