Detailed Return Policy

Here at ALO audio our goal is to put our customer first. As a trusted  seller of audio products, we stand behind the quality of the goods we manufacture and the goods we choose to offer for sale.  Our shipments are all inspected and packed with care before leaving our workshop, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take note of the following return policy:


ALO audio  offers a limted 30-day money back guarantee on most of the audio equipment and accessories we sell (excluding special order items, modified headphones, custom builds, headphone cables terminated with XLRs, custom built cables, headphone replacement pads and close-out items, none of which are returnable).

We do require an explanation for the return (defective, damaged, etc). We may also ask you some pretty detailed questions about the reason for your return. Listening to our customers and understanding their experience enables us to provide the best possible service. We retain the right to assess a restocking fee on any items that have been shipped on a case by case basis. 

Please keep in mind that returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #, or RMA# which must be obtained by phone, email or by following the RMA instructions here.  An RMA must be obtained within 30 days of the purchase, and ALO audio must receive the package within 15 days of issuing the RMA. With the exception of warrantied items, after 30 days all sales are final.


Please write your RA# on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box). Failure to do this may delay the processing of your return. Your return package must include the following: 1)  a copy of your order invoice 2) a note detailing the reason for the return 3) all original packing materials, including cables, power supplies, instructions, remote controls, warranty cards, etc. Your package must arrive in resalable condition. If these instructions are not followed your return will not be accepted.

If your return package is deemed acceptable after inspection,  ALO audio  will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if defective merchandise proves to be non-defective upon inspection, the customer will be charged a re-stocking fee at ALO audio’s discretion. Any and all packages that are refused delivery and sent back to ALO audio without an RA number will not be refunded the initial shipping charge and a restocking fee will be added to the return.

We strongly recommend sending your return package via UPS or FedEx so it can be insured and tracked (this is especially important with heavy, fragile, and higher cost  items).  If a return is sent via US Mail, then the customer accepts all responsibility if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. ALO audio  is not liable for any uninsured packages.

At ALO audio, we strive to provide the you best possible customer service. If you are experiencing problems/difficulties with your merchandise we recommend consulting our friendly and qualified staff of audio enthusiasts before returning any items as we may be able to help you resolve any issues you may have.
